The RA02b form is for the use of Non- EKHUFT Members of Staff requiring access to EKHUFT IT Systems.


For Remote Suppliers requiring IT Access, please ensure you have selected the correct Employer (Remote Supplier- IT Access Only) for successful application.

Your details

Providing personal e-mail (Hotmail, Gmail etc) will result in the form being rejected.


Unique Identifiers

Please be aware, we require a minimum of 2 unique identifiers for successful application

For all NHS Employees- Please supply your National Insurance Number for Spine Identity Checks.
Non-NHS Employees- Please supply Employee Number from your Company for audit purposes.

Please select the organisation you work for, once this form is submitted it will be sent to your Organisation's Sponsor who will be responsible to approve before processing.


Systems access

Aria is the electronic prescribing system for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy treatment.
Please state the role required in the field to the right:

Careflow is a clinical communication tool, available on different device types enabling teams to manage patient care, through use of handover, alerts and referrals.

EPR - Electronic patient records (mainly outpatients, also includes Timeline access)

The Infoflex system collects information which supports the treatment decision making for patients with suspected and diagnosed cancer.

Infoflex Cloud Version 6 is the web based version of Infoflex

Infoflex Surveillance allows you to monitor specific patient care pathways - Part of Infoflex Web (Version 6).

Please specify in the box below the specific access required:

2. Liver Surveillance

(Picture Archiving and Communication System) Medical Imaging Technology which provides economical storage and convenient access to images from multiple source type machines.
PLEASE NOTE - Your GMC code must be provided in the box above otherwise your access will be rejected.
KMPT users-- Need to contact their own IT Service Desk and be give access to pucka.j

(Patient Administration System) PAS records the patient's demographics and details all patient contact with the hospital, both outpatient and inpatient.
PLEASE NOTE- Mandatory E-Learning to be completed. Once all relevant PAS E-Learning has been completed end-users will need to call the IT Service Desk and request their login details. Following this an e-mail will be sent containing your logins.

Philips IntelliSpace Critical Care and Anaesthesia (ICCA) is a Data Management system used within the Critical Care Units across the Trust to capture data and information related to all patient.

Qlik provides an end-to-end platform which includes data integration, user-driven business intelligence and conversational analytics.

RMS is used to manage all referrals and provide this referral information within the clinical work environment - Patient Timeline viewer. All EKHUFT specialities that currently receive and manage external referrals will need to use RMS. Who will require this - Clinicians, Operational Managers, Outpatient booking staff, some secretaries.
Please specify the specialty codes that the member of staff requires access to for the RMS in the box below.

RMS is used to manage all referrals and provide this referral information within the clinical work environment - Patient Timeline viewer.
All external referrals will need to be uploaded to RMS using the dropper.

Server Access for remote Suppliers for IT access only

Soliton has now replaced the old RIS system - Radiology Information system.

Solus Endoscopy is an Endoscopy and Bronchoscopy Reporting Tool for clinicians with Endoscopy and Respiratory to write clinical reports, and for non-clinical staff to view reports. This system is also used by Endoscopy and Respiratory for the booking of Patients to Endoscopy and Bronchoscopy lists. For clinical staff who require access to write Endoscopy/Bronchoscopy reports please provide your GMC number in the Professional registration box above. We will not be able to process this request without this.

Scheduling and Management of elective and non- elective (emergency and trauma) theatre sessions.
Staff members requesting this access should also request sunrise access if access is not already issued and staff MUST complete the relevant training prior to access being granted.
Staff who require this are those who book patients into Theatres, Waiting List staff,
Theatre staff and Operational Managers
Sunrise Surgical Care (SSC) will replace Theatreman

Staff will be required to complete the role specific training on the Moodle Learning Management system (LMS). To access this you need to visit https://lms.ekhuft.nhs.uk/login/index.php. You will need to complete this training before access to Sunrise will be activated. A Moodle account is automatically generated by logging in with your AD details which may take up to 24 hours for the system to sync with the AD for this to work.

Staff will be required to complete the role specific training on the Moodle Learning Management system (LMS). To access this you need to visit https://lms.ekhuft.nhs.uk/login/index.php . You will need to complete this training before access to Sunrise will be activated. A Moodle account is automatically generated by logging in with your AD details which may take up to 24 hours for the system to sync with the AD for this to work.

TheatreMan web browser enables staff to view up to date operating lists. This is a live dynamic system showing a snapshot of the current lists, any changes to an operating list are made directly in TheatreMan, as and when they occur.

T-Pro will be used to facilitate virtual consultations. It is a system that enables clinicians to see and hear patients on screen as an alterative to face to face appointments.
Staff who will require this access will be staff who already use Eclinic.
