Request your appointment details

To change or cancel your booking you need to have your appointment confirmation that was sent to you in either an email or a text after you booked. If you have lost these, you can get them resent to you as long as you specified a valid email or mobile phone number when you booked. 

There is a link in both the text and the email which will allow you to amend or cancel your appointment, click that link and you will be taken to a page where you can change it.

However, you must know your reference number to request that your appointment details are resent to you in another email or text. If you don't, use the contact us link at the bottom of this page and in the form with your details and someone will help.
